We rent vacation homes in the Cooperstown area. Our vacation homes are immaculate, comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need to stay for a full week. Renting one of our vacation homes is a great alternative to staying in a traditional hotel or motel. You will have considerably more space than a typical hotel room at a reduced price*. Unlike a hotel room, all of our homes feature full kitchen and laundry facilities so you don't have to eat out as often or look for a laundromat, and every home has more than one bathroom. We own all of our properties and furnish them as individual homes, not cookie-cutter hotel rooms. We are owners, not agents for other owners and our primary concern is your complete satisfaction.
Our vacation homes are a short drive from all popular sports and cultural activities, such as the Cooperstown Dreams Park, the Cooperstown All Star Village, the National Baseball Hall of Fame, the Glimmerglass Opera and many others. All of our properties have outdoor areas for grilling and dining, and some even have lake access for water sports.

Check-in Time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on Friday and Check-out time is no later than 9:00 AM the following Friday. Please adhere to these times! We can not accomodate late check-out / early check-in.
