"Thank you so much for allowing us to rent the Lake House, we were very surprised to see how large the house was and how very clean. We hope that everything was left the way we found it. The house was a great retreat from very long days at Dreams Park, and the central air was a true blessing for the two children with us who have respitory conditions. We truly enjoyed the lake and it surroundings, your neighbors are very nice. It felt like home to me."

"Just wanted to thank you very much for a wonderful stay at Diane's Dream House. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Cooperstown. We took the boys fishing and out in the canoe...what a blast!! From our experience it appears that you have thought of everything.. from directions and instructions to a house that was stocked with everything that we needed (or forgot). We all would recommend your properties for future teams coming to Cooperstown."

"The McClure house was great, thank you. We will be in contact with you in 2008. We don't know what date we'll get this next time, but I'll be in touch with you around February 2008.  Once again the house was perfect. Wish it was a little cooler, but the ac helps.  Thanks again..."

"I just wanted to Thank You. We stayed there from 8/25-9/1 for the NATC at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was great. We felt at home. Beth is a sweetheart. She was very helpful with everything! She gave us a total tour of the house and lake. She showed us the little things as well the touch-me-nots. We enjoyed it all. We just wanted to thank you one last time. Some friends of ours will be contacting you for a future rental. We recommended you to all our friends. Thank You once again."
