The Lake House is located 10 miles from the Cooperstown Dreams Park on Goodyear Lake in Milford, NY and adjoins Diane's Dream House. If you have a really large group, you might want to consider renting both houses. The Lake House is available for weekly rental during the summer season and by special arrangement during the rest of the year.
The Lake House is convenient to Cooperstown Baseball World, Cooperstown Dreams Park and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The house is air conditioned and has lake rights. Water sport activities on Goodyear Lake plus the convenient location make The Lake House ideal for your summer vacation in Cooperstown.

The Lake House is a fully-furnished 4 bedroom home on Goodyear Lake, ready for your vacation enjoyment. Downstairs features a large kitchen, a living room, a formal dining room, a full bath and one bedroom with a queen size bed. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a third bedroom with a single twin bed, plus a full bath.During your stay you will have access to Goodyear Lake for canoeing, fishing, and other water activities. There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy pleasant evening cookouts. You will be just a short ride away from all of the baseball activity. Rates and Terms
- Weekly rate - $1,200.00
- Summer season full week rentals only.
- No Hall of Fame Induction Week surcharge.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- Absolutely no team parties.

Weeks are generally booked well in advance of the planned stay. To ensure that you are able to secure the house you desire at the time you desire, please contact us as early as possible.
Payments are due in two installments.
- After receiving confirmation that the week and house you requested is available, we will hold your reservation for seven (7) days. Please mail your deposit for 50% of the rental amount to arrive within that time. Your initial deposit is fully refundable until 90 days prior to your arrival date.
- The second payment for the balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your stay.
If your deposit is not received within one week of your initial request to rent the house, and you have not made alternative arrangements, we will discontinue your hold on the house and the house will become available to others.
Please advise us immediately if you require other arrangements.
