The Buena Vista House is a fully-furnished 3 bedroom ranch home with terrific views of the Catskill Mountains, ready for your vacation enjoyment. Three fully furnished bedrooms plus a jacuzzi bath will allow you relax in comfort. The Buena Vista House features a full living room, 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a family room with fire place, 2 full baths (1 with a jacuzzi tub) and a kitchen with eat-in breakfast area. There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy pleasant evening cookouts on the deck. You will be just a short ride away from all of the baseball activity. Rates and Terms
- Weekly rate - $1,200.00
- Summer season full week rentals only.
- No Hall of Fame Induction Week surcharge.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- Absolutely no team parties.

Weeks are generally booked well in advance of the planned stay. To ensure that you are able to secure the house you desire at the time you desire, please contact us as early as possible.
Payments are due in two installments.
- After receiving confirmation that the week and house you requested is available, we will hold your reservation for seven (7) days. Please mail your deposit for 50% of the rental amount to arrive within that time. Your initial deposit is fully refundable until 90 days prior to your arrival date.
- The second payment for the balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your stay.
If your deposit is not received within one week of your initial request to rent the house, and you have not made alternative arrangements, we will discontinue your hold on the house and the house will become available to others.
